Growing up with two Cretan grandmother’s meant Philip was surrounded by food and often in the kitchen learning avidly! After a stint on Masterchef, Philip moved to Melbourne to follow his food dream, and most recently opened Bahari | The Hellenic Palate. It now also has an Upstairs bar & dining room, which serves up unique Cocktails, provides for extra dining, can be booked for intimate events and also hosts Philip’s Masterclasses. Bahari embodies true Greek share-food, yet you’ll always find something left of centre on Philip’s menu!

Masterchef & TV Shows.
Philip was a contestant on Masterchef in season two. Since then he has appeared on many episodes of various TV cooking shows, more recently on Channel Ten’s Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield, & also Farm to Fork with Andy Allen, a current Masterchef Judge.
